These terms apply to this website and to the work we do for our clients.
Using this site
The content here is for information about our services. We keep it accurate, but we do not promise that every detail is current at all times.
Scope of work
Every project runs on a written scope that covers deliverables, timelines and cost. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.
Payments
Retainers are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Project work is billed as per the milestones in the proposal. Taxes apply as per Indian law.
Results
We work with proven methods and report honestly, but ad platforms and search engines are outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads or revenue.
Ownership
Once a project is paid for in full, the final deliverables are yours. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Ending an engagement
Either side can end a retainer with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to that date remains payable.
